1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to purchases in the Jakub Arnold EU / ARNOLDs online shop, as well as to the delivery of the goods purchased from ARNOLDs. By placing an online order, the consumer agrees to and is bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Subject of the contract
Information in our price lists, advertisements, advertising materials and Internet pages is always subject to change and non-binding. We expressly reserve the right to change the information contained therein at any time. Orders from the consumer are only considered an offer to conclude a contract. Orders placed via our website are deemed to have been refunded at the time we receive the electronic order message. The contract is only concluded upon acceptance of the order. The order is accepted no later than when the goods are delivered.
3. Right of withdrawal
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act can withdraw from a contract concluded via distance selling (or a contract declaration made via distance selling) within a period of 14 working days from receipt of delivery of the ordered goods. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline. This right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders (reduced goods), among other things. Used goods and goods that are not in their original packaging are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of a payment already made will only take place step by step against the return of the goods received from the customer. The consumer bears the costs for the return; shipping costs generally cannot be reimbursed.
4. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are gross prices, i.e. including statutory sales tax, but plus packaging and shipping costs. If export or import taxes become due in the course of shipping, these will also be borne by the purchaser. Subject to change.
5. Delivery & Last Name
The goods are dispatched to the address specified by the customer. We strive to ship the products you have ordered as quickly as possible.
6. Payment
The following methods of payment are available:
Credit card, instant bank transfer, Paypal and cash payment upon collection.
7. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Red Wing Vienna until all claims against the consumer have been settled in full.
8. Data protection
The consumer agrees that the data provided by him may be stored and processed in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. The consumer expressly agrees to the inclusion of his address details in our customer file and declares that he agrees to receive customer information until revoked. The data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
9. Severability clause
If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
10.Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the business relationship is Vienna / Austria.
