The synthetic upper with strategically placed cutouts wicks away water optimally, but still ensures a secure hold. A flexible, comfortable neoprene cuff and a quick lace lacing system complete the shoe. The rubberized EVA midsole provides responsiveness and cushioning. The Hopara also has a protective, rubberized toe cap and a rubber outsole that sticks well to the ground even in bad weather. The multidirectional 4 mm long lugs offer even more grip.
